Property Eagle is an estate agency that specialises in offering clients professional and detailed inventory reports covering the condition, quantity, and cleanliness of properties advertised on the main real estate platforms in the UK.

THE CHALLENGE

The Property Eagle team I was asked to create a brand identity and website that would connect with their brand’s core values. The design needed to be as elegant and clean as possible. So I chose a serif font (Space Grotesk), red and grey as a primary colours with plenty of negative space, ensuring that pictures have plenty of contrast.

THE RESULT

I created a complete brand identity and website landing page for the brand, using an eagle head and circle icon. We paired the eagle icon with a scripted typeface to give it a professional feel, connecting the landing page with the brand’s values.
